Event Policy: This event has a no refund policy.

"Hello and thank you for your interest in attending our event, Celebrating Pasifika 2025! The students of the Tigard and Tualatin Pasifika Affinity Group have worked really hard to make this event possible, and in order to keep this event successful, we are asking for a few things from everyone to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience:

• This is an alcohol, tobacco and other substance-free event. Substances include vapes, e-cigarettes, betel nut, kava, sakau and other substances that are regularly prohibited on school grounds.
• No outside food -- food will be provided. However, if you have dietary restrictions or have food for your young ones, that is an exception.
• Please be respectful of the space you are in, so please no dancing on tables.
• Please be respectful of all performers who are dancing. That means if performers are dancing, please be respectful when you go dance on stage with them. Do not dance in front of performers, or do any other activity that will distract the audience during a performance. Also, do not run in through their formations when they are dancing. We would like for the audience's undivided attention to watch the performances that our students worked so hard on practicing. Dancing behind performers or on the side to support them is okay.
• During performance please do not jump in front of the performance and stay clear behind the performers.
